Delete your account

You can remove a guest or registered Wiki Racers account from the app, or contact FancyAnt if you no longer have access.

From Wiki Racers

1. Open the You tab and tap Settings (the gear).
2. Choose Delete Account and read the confirmation.
3. Confirm to remove the account. Wiki Racers then creates a new guest account.

This removes the profile, race records, achievements and friendships associated with that account from our active game database. It also deletes the account's block list, removes the account from other players' block lists and deletes the reports it filed. A report that another player filed about the account is kept for review: it keeps the name as they saw it, but no longer says which account it was. Deleting an account does not cancel or refund a store purchase.

If you told the game you are under 13, it made no account, so nothing is held on our game service and Settings shows no Delete Account. If an account was made on the device before you gave that answer, ask us to delete it as described below.

Without the app

Email support@fancyant.com with the subject “Wiki Racers account deletion request.” Include your Wiki Racers username and, for a registered account, the email address you provided if any.

We will verify that the account belongs to you before acting. Do not include your password, authentication token or payment-card details. A username alone is not proof of ownership. If you used a guest account and lost the original device, tell us; we may need additional information to identify and verify it.

Before you uninstall

Uninstalling does not remove the account from our server. iOS may retain protected account credentials, and device backups or store purchase records may remain. Use Delete Account first when you have access.

You can export your profile and up to 100 recent games from the You tab before deleting. See our privacy policy for information about connected services.
