Common questions

I bought something and it disappeared. How do I get it back?

Open the game’s Settings and tap "Restore Purchases." Purchases are tied to your App Store or Google Play account, so they come back on any device signed into the same account. If a purchase still does not appear, email us with the game name and your receipt.

Do your games need an internet connection?

Almost all of them play fully offline. WikiRace needs a connection for live Wikipedia and multiplayer, and lohi links out to its data sources. Everything else works in airplane mode.

Do the games show ads?

None of our games interrupt you with ads. A few offer optional rewarded videos (a continue, bonus stars) that only play when you choose them.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email us. Include the game, your device model, and what happened. Real humans read every message, usually the same day.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases go through Apple and Google, so refunds do too: report a problem at reportaproblem.apple.com for iOS, or use your Google Play order history on Android.
